Fair Dinkum Fertilizers Indoor Plant Food is a liquid seaweed based COMPLETE fertiliser designed to provide nutritional requirements for plants grown indoors.

Indoor Plant Food contains both macronutrients and chelated micronutrients, which are chelated with both natural and synthetic chelates. Chelates become available to the plant when they are grown in any of the common potting media over a wide range of pH.

What are Chelates?
Chelated micronutrients are fertilisers where the micronutrient ion (such as Iron (Fe)) is surrounded by a larger molecule called a chelator. Chelators are generally more protected from natural occurring and unwanted reactions such as oxidation, precipitation, and immobilisation in certain conditions. They protect and make available the micronutrients to the plant. The use of chelated micronutrients improves the bioavailability of micronutrients and can contribute to crop quality and yield. Chelated micronutrients should be considered if plants display micronutrient stress, in alkaline soils that limit micronutrient availability, or when soil micronutrient supplementation is insufficient.

Types of application
Indoor Plant Food is finely filtered and is completely soluble in water leaving no residue. It is suitable for indoor plants such as orchids or ferns but should be used at a lower dilution rate. This fertiliser can be used on lawns and vegetables and general fertilising.

Application Rates:
General fertilising
Dilute 40mL, (2cap fulls), of concentrate into 9L of water.

Lawns & Vegetables
Dilute 40mL, (2cap fulls), of concentrate into 9L of water. Can be applied every 2-3 weeks during growing seasons.

Orchids & Ferns
Dilute 20mL, (1cap full), of concentrate into 9L of water.
